He is Fred Gore, who comes to Kilgore from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he served as associate vice president of finance. Gore graduated from The University of Texas at Austin&#8217;s Honors Business Program with a bachelor&#8217;s of business administration, earned a master of business administration in finance and accounting from Missouri State University and is currently pursuing a doctorate of business administration in higher education finance from the University of South Florida Muma College Of Business.
