KETK reports it happened at the East Texas Yamboree. Gilmer police got a complaint about 63-year-old Darrell Wayne Clayton. He flunked a field sobriety test and blew nearly twice the legal limit on a breathalayzer. Chief Mark Case says Clayton was running the merry-go-round.  Case says this is a first for his town.
