Under the deal, the Yamboree would get the land, but both entities would contribute $50,000 for a splash pad within the city. This year&#8217;s Yamboree celebrations kicked off Wednesday in Gilmer. This year&#8217;s queen-elect is Madison Dean (pictured with Yamboree President Brandon Garmon).
