The action is needed to replace a concrete culvert pipe that crosses the road. The work is expected to take 6 to 8 hours.  It&#8217;s part of the project to widen and overlay Big Eddy Road, from Farm-to-Market Road 2661 to Texas Highway 155, west of Noonday. Work on the roadway improvements will begin this month.
