But the problem has been repaired. For a while water ran across a section of the Old Jacksonville Highway and there were reports of low water pressure and no water.  Tyler Water Utilities reported an 18 inch elbow joint separation at a water main off Old Jacksonville Highway. This caused low water pressure and water outages for some Tyler customers between Oakhill Boulevard and West Cumberland.
