PLEASANT &#8212; For the first time since 2011, a homicide investigation is underway in Mount Pleasant after an innocent bystander was killed during a shooting overnight Saturday.  KETK reports shots rang out just after midnight at two separate locations on Booker Avenue. Officers say two people at two different parties in a neighborhood began arguing.
