Dead at the scene were the two drivers, Emily Bauman, 23, and Kevin Riggs, 54. A passenger, Vicki Riggs, 62, is in critical condition in a Tyler hospital. The accident occurred just before 4:30 Sunday afternoon during heavy rain in the Flint area near the intersection of Farm Road 2868 and Pine Overlook.
