Tyler Police were called to The Residences Apartments on Frankston Highway around 7:45 Sunday night. A former military medic was at the pool and performed CPR on the child until first responders arrived. The child was transported to ETMC for further evaluation. Police said it’s the second incident in recent weeks where a small child slipped out of blowup water floats and sank.
