An administrative law judge on Tuesday approved the interim rate increase. The company operates as Woodmark Sewer and Tall Timbers Sewer. The rate for Tall Timbers customers in Tyler will go up to $41.63 a month. Tall Timbers customers outside of city limits will see their monthly rate go to $54.93 a month. The rate for Woodmark Water and Sewer customers increases to $71.85 a month.
