A Tyler Fire Department news release says the original plan was prepared in 2008 – 2010. The plan is in response to federal programs that enable the partnership to use financial assistance to reduce residents’ exposure to risks associated with hazards.<\/p>\n

Fire officials say community input and involvement are instrumental in developing a plan that reflects resident’s perceptions and needs.The survey consists of 36 questions plus an opportunity for any additional comments at the end.
