According to the Longview News-Journal and KETK, the mother, April Lynn Gibbons, 34, was indicted on a murder charge. She also was indicted on charges of abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence. Her parents, Carla Darlene Evans, 57, and Gary Mitchell Evans, 60, were indicted on two counts of abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Gibbons&#8217; indictment shows that on Feb. 12, she caused her child to consume methadone, which caused his death.
