The Tyler jury found Dr. James Motlagh guilty and awarded his patient $140,000. The Tyler plastic surgeon posted video taken in the operating room just before surgery. The patients lawyer, Jim Rodman of Austin, said the video showed his patient under general anesthesia. Her face, breast and pubic area were exposed and the patient was identifiable.
