Taken into custody Tuesday afternoon was Lisa Shields, 46. The Department of Public Safety says state troopers tried to stop her car near the 611 mile marker on Interstate Highway 20 in Harrison County. It took officers 15 minutes before she was finally stopped near the 591 mile marker in Gregg County. At times her speed reached 130 miles an hour.
