Richard Arthur Kasten Jr., 28, of Longview was taken to Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center Tuesday after he was injured following a report of a shooting in the area near Twelfth and Dean streets. Police Wednesday morning said they are unsure how Kasten received his injury.
