According to KETK, the CPS staffers say they are still working on the case.  According to authorities, 23-year-old Saul Lino-Porcayo admitted to deputies Monday night that he was lying. He originally told officials he dropped the two-month-old by accident and the child&#8217;s 13-month old sister jumped on the child.  Lino-Porcayo has now told investigators he was drunk and became frustrated with the child. He then says he punched the baby in the face.  The child remains in critical condition with a fractured skull at Children&#8217;s Hospital in Dallas.
