According to KETK, officers responded to a welfare check on Holly Road around 6:00 and discovered the body of the man who lived in the house. Further investigation revealed that foul play was involved in the man&#8217;s death. The victim has been identified James Earl Robinson. His body has been sent to Tyler for autopsy. Officials have arrested a man in connection with the homicide. He&#8217;s Clinton Ray Allen. For now, he&#8217;s been charged with public intoxication.
