KETK and the Longview News-Journal report, Markus Glenn Edmond, 25, was sentenced to 10 years probation and 180 days in the county jail for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle resulting in the death of Luster Laray Mitchell, 24. District Judge Alfonso Charles added a condition that Edmond also spend 48 hours in the Gregg County Jail one weekend every late July, around the anniversary of the fatal wreck, until he completes 100 total hours \u00e2\u20ac\u201d which will take at least three years. Markus also was fined $2,500 and must complete 480 hours of community work service.<!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Longview police were called at 10:35 p.m. July 26, 2015, to Pine Tree Road for a wreck with injuries. At the scene, officers found a car driving north on the road had lost control, veered off the road, and hit a utility pole and then a tree. The driver of the car was identified as Edmond. Mitchell was pronounced dead at the scene.  A blood test showed Edmond&#8217;s blood alcohol content at 0.16, according to a law enforcement crash report.
