Witness said a dark SUV might have been involved. One individual was outside when the shooting took place and pointed officers in the direction of four vehicles that had been shot. Officers were able locate at least two dozen expended cartridges, from two different types of weapons. Several buildings were also struck. No injuries reported. The case is under investigation. It&#8217;s unknown if the person outside was the target or the vehicles. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tyler Police immediately by calling 911 or 903-531-1000.
