Desmond Juwon Woods, 40, was booked into jail early Sunday for a parole violation. He reported around 8:00 Sunday night he was not feeling well. Sheriff Larry Webb says, while EMS was treating him, he coughed up a bag of what appeared to be illegal narcotics. He was taken to a Longview hospital where he later died.
