The rumors are that the March 3rd death of Michael Phelps Jr., 22, was caused by a game of Russian roulette. Marshall Police public information officer Kelly Colvin tells KTBB, she can&#8217;t go into details about his death, but she can confirm it was not during a game of Russian roulette. Phelps was found shot to death at the Belaire Manor Apartment complex on Paula Street.
