According to KETK and the Marshall News-Messenger, the indictment says 40-year-old David Reshaun Porter is accused of having sex with an underage girl around Oct. 1, 2016.  According to an arrest affidavit for the incident, filed by Harrison County Sheriff&#8217;s Investigator Cindy Black, the investigator was contacted by an HCSO narcotics deputy to assist with a juvenile female, who was at a motel. &#8220;The (alleged victim) was in a room with a known drug dealer, the defendant and another adult male,&#8221; the affidavit states.<!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>After the victim was patted down for drugs, she was transferred to the sheriff&#8217;s office, where she allegedly informed officers that she and the defendant were having a sexual relationship. She alleged that they had intercourse at a motel around Oct. 1, 2016.  &#8220;She admitted to using meth by shooting it into her arm,&#8221; the affidavit states.
