The trial of Jason Russell Walter, 41, has now been reset for June 12th. Walter is accused of the shooting death of Christopher Jason Griffin, 19, of Mineola. The shooting occurred on Father&#8217;s Day of 2014. It stemmed from an argument that started inside a Mineola convenience store  The shooting occurred after the argument moved outside and behind the store.
