One of those was against a man accused of the murder of his wife. Daniel Joseph Scott, 29, is accused of the shooting death of his wife Alicia, 29. The shooting occurred at the couple&#8217;s home in the Long Cabin area of Henderson County. The shooting happened shortly after midnight on December 28th. He was arrested at East Texas Medical Center in Athens where his wife died.
