Hearts designed by local residents covered the building this week &#8212; a so-called &#8220;heart bomb&#8221; aimed at showing love for the space.  And starting this summer, the building will be transformed into eight apartment lofts.  During a Valentine&#8217;s Day announcement, new owner John O&#8217;Sullivan told KETK he plans to maintain some of the building&#8217;s history during the renovation process. &#8220;We&#8217;ll go in with an engineered structure but at the same time save every beam &#8212; and we&#8217;ll probably convert some of these huge beams into brand new late 1800s flooring.&#8221; O&#8217;Sullivan has renovated other downtown properties including Rick&#8217;s on the Square.
