David McGee resigned during an investigation of allegations of possible inappropriate conduct between him and a jail inmate. The Texas Rangers were called in to conduct an investigation. During the investigation, McGee was arrested and charged with two counts of tampering with evidence. He was later released from jail on bond. Further information is unavailable.
