Justin Scott Zuniga-Garcia, 23, is charged with child\/elderly\/disabled person with intentional bodily injury. His bond is $15,000. A mother called sheriff&#8217;s deputies to her Ann Street home to report the suspect had hit her 9 year old daughter, causing several small abrasions on her leg. The incident is said to have occured as the suspect became upset with some children who were playing outside.
