Samuel Lane McKnight, 46, failed to complete sex offender treatment. According to KETK, other allegations include failing to stop associating with &#8220;disreputable&#8221; people, not paying his fines and using illegal drugs. McKnight pleaded guilty of sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 10 years&#8217; probation with 480 hours of community service, with the possibility of deferred adjudication. Two charges of indecency with a child were dismissed when he pleaded guilty but are listed alongside the sexual assault charge as part of his arrest for violating probation.
