JACKSONVILLE \u2014 A well-known East Texas piano tuner is in good condition in a Tyler hospital after being shot over the weekend on his property near Jacksonville. Saturday, David Thomason, 73, says he was left for dead on his Cherokee County property after two men stole from him and shot him at least twice. According to law enforcement reports, Thomason was on his land when he noticed two men trying to leave the property.
