City Manager Mike Alexander has decided to move the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s health department from the Development Services Department to Community Services. Community Services comprises of the former Parks and Recreation department, along with the newly-formed Environmental Services division, a combination of code enforcement and health services.  As part of the move to Community Services, Health Officer Rickey Dorsey will now become the Assistant Director for Community Services. Dorsey has moved offices to the department\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s offices inside the Palestine Mall.
