According to the Department of Public Safety report, just before 6:00,  a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, driven by Destiny Simpson, 31, Arp, was traveling west on SH-64 when she struck a  Ford Explorer making a left hand turn. The Explorer, driven by Geraldine Clark, 71, Troup, was sent into oncoming traffic where it was hit head-on by a Toyota Camry, driven by George Brown, 64, Henderson . Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
