The former Cleveland Browns player was accused of hitting and threatening former girlfriend Colleen Crowley during a night out in January.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Brittany Dunn, a spokeswoman for the prosecutors, said the agreement was filed Friday without Manziel present.
