Larry Smith has won re-election as Smith County Sheriff. In the Precinct 4 constable&#8217;s race, Josh Joplin was the winner. In Whitehouse, both school bond proposals passed. And Lufkin chiropractor, Dr. Keven M. Ellis won the race for State Board of Education in District 9.
