A vehicle struck a telephone pole at South Broadway and Winchester. The pole had to be replaced. Due to the work Oncor had to do to replace the power pole, the traffic signals were not working for a while at the intersections of Broadway\/Amherst, Broadway\/Troup and Broadway\/8th. Officers had to traffic in those intersections.
