A similar hearing back in April found her incompetent. With the latest ruling, Parsons&#8217; trial is set to start November 7th. She has been charged with the death of her daughter Victoria in July, 2014. She went to the Athens Police Department and confessed to killing her daughter. Her body was found in the yard of their home.
