Beginning today, &#8220;STOP&#8221; and &#8220;STOP AHEAD&#8221; signs will be placed on the Kickapoo Street approach to the intersection. Once the signs have been installed, the signal will flash yellow on Bolton Street allowing traffic to proceed through the intersection with caution but without stopping.
