They took the action at Wednesday&#8217;s meeting because of concerns the current regulations were keeping food trucks from operating in the city. The rules that have been eased deal with the operation of food trucks. One area was a need for the trucks to have GPS units. NET Health Executive Director George Roberts Jr. says that has been eased. He said, as long as they have a good primary and secondary contact information on food trucks, as well as their social media contact information, that would suffice.  And while some food truck operating procedures have been eased, health regulations have not been eased.
