Donald Bryant Lawson, 45, was killed in the July 9th accident. Lawson and David Michael Roche, 45, were both tossed from their boat when it crashed. According to a news release from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Roche was originally arrested on suspicion of boating while intoxicated. Lab tests show Roche had a blood alcohol content of .168. That is just over double the legal limit. An arrest warrant was issued for Roche this week following a thorough investigation.
