OVERTON — A man walking his dog has stumbled across a body in an Overton alley. The body of the woman, thought to be in her mid 50s, was found Sunday afternoon. Authorities believe it’s a woman who had recently moved to the area from Florida. Her name has not been released pending notification of relatives.
