The Retail Merchants Association of Tyler is a charitable fund that was established at the Foundation to provide annual grants to support designated charities within Smith County.  Nineteen Smith County non-profit organizations were invited to apply for funding for strong projects based on good ideas and compelling needs which have the potential to improve the community and the lives of its people, according to an ETCF news release.
