The Charles Krypell Designs donated by Susan Robinson Fine jewelry went to Tyler&#8217;s Ken Threlkeld.   A long-time volunteer and supporter of the Tyler Cattle Barons\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Gala, Threlkeld purchased twelve chance drawing tickets, one of which was the winning ticket.
