KETK and the Longview News-Journal report Neil Anthony Minnicks, 38, received two five-year sentences on the second-degree felonies. The maximum sentence for each was 20 years.  The terms will run concurrently, 188th District Judge David Brabham ruled.  Minnicks must serve half his dual sentence before he becomes eligible for parole.
