The intersection will remain in red flash until around 5:00 this afternoon when repairs are scheduled to complete. During this time, motorists should exercise caution and seek alternative routes if available.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Tyler police had to direct traffic at several intersections Friday night because of a power outage. But the power has been restored and the signals are working normally. No word on what caused the outage.
