The arrest warrant for Victor Andrea Mack was issued on Thursday. The warrant for Mack was issued after the Upshur County Sheriff&#8217;s Office investigated allegations that Mack had sexually assaulted the victim, who is Intellectual disabled. Mack&#8217;s bond was set at $95,000 by Justice of the Peace Judge Lyle Potter.
