TYLER — A teenager accused of stabbing his teacher to death in Tyler will undergo more mental health evaulation. 17-year-old Byron Truvia will be returned to the Vernon State Hospital as early as next week. He’s accused in the September 2009 stabbing death of John Tyler High School teacher Todd Henry. The incident occured inside a school classroom.
