Brian Lee Stracener pleded guilty to delivery of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. The delivery occurred from his residence off of South Montgomery Street outside of Gilmer. Because of the amount of drugs purchased from Stracener over the course of two days it made the case a second degree felony. Judge Lauren Parish received the plea and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
