The Texas Health and Human Services Commission  named Charles Walker, Ph.D. to the council. Dr. Walker based on his specialized  training and interest in the prevention of brain injuries and the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of persons who have survived a brain injury. For more than 20 years, he has specialized in neuropsychology, the study of the structure and function of the brain and how they affect behavior.
