According to KETK, Ronnie Morrison, 21, of Palestine, was taken into custody on Tuesday morning for his involvement in the death of Remi, a young puppy that suffered severe burns. Two people remain at large: Romello Smith, 21, (pictured) and Andreas Hicks, 20. Warrants have been issued for both suspects. Detectives have previously identified Perla Miranda Fernandez, 20, Jasmine Warren, 18, and a female minor, all of Athens, as additional suspects in the incident. All three were arrested.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>All suspect have been charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal. They face up to two years in jail and a $10,000 fine. <\/p>\n<p>The Palestine Police Department is actively trying to locate the other wanted subjects. Any person with information in regards to the suspects, or who may know their whereabouts is encouraged to call the Palestine Police Department at 903-729-2255 or Crimestoppers at 903-729-8477.
