It happend around 4:15 Monday afternoon. Killed was Gerald Thomas Cagle, 64, of Hideway and injured was Amberly Poland, 21, of Grand Saline. The Department of Public Safety says Cagle was heading south when he hydroplaned on the wet road and crossed over to the north bound lane and hit Poland&#8217;s car head-on.
