Earlier this month, a repo man said that Noonday firefighters bullied him regarding him towing a firefighters vehicle.  Due to conflicting stories, the Fire Chief resigned and the department soon lost its assistant chief and one firefighter. Tuesday night, 20-year veteran Howard Harris, became the new Noonday chief. Harris said the issues the department has faced is just a bump in the road that the department is going to have to get over.
