According to the Longview News-Journal, Graham Charles Wecker, 26, agreed to a 28-year prison term Thursday in exchange for his guilty plea to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Wecker raped a girl under the age of 6 in Gregg County sometime around Jan. 1, 2014.
